When your purchased time ends, an additional fee is automatically charged for every started 5 minutes:

• Monday–Thursday: 2.30 PLN

• Friday–Sunday and holidays: 2.50 PLN per child

Playtime should be monitored individually. If the fun makes you lose track of time, our helpful staff can check the time used. Time charges are capped at the price of a full-day ticket.

A parking area is located 50 meters from our playroom and is free of charge.

Entry for individual customers cannot be reserved. Please arrive and purchase an admission ticket at the bar.

Entry fees are charged only for children up to 12 years of age.

The attractions in our playroom are designed for children up to 12 years old.

There is a toilet next to the bar with lockers that can be locked with a key. Outerwear, shoes, and items that may pose a safety risk should be left there. A refundable deposit of 5 PLN is required for the locker key.

Due to sanitary regulations, outside food and drinks are not allowed. In the parents’ area there is a bar offering a variety of hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Yes, if the child is independent and the parent signs a declaration allowing the child to stay without supervision.

Yes, provided that the stroller wheels are wiped clean.

The minimum number of participants for a school group is 20 people.

Reservations are made by phone. During the call you will receive information about available dates and reservation details.

Yes. Guardians stay in the clean zone, so they must remove their shoes and wear socks.

We do not offer table reservations.

Yes, but for safety reasons these items may only be handled by playroom staff.

A birthday cake is the only type of outside food allowed in our playroom.

The minimum number of children for a birthday party is 7. If fewer children attend, the fee for seven children still applies.

Any changes regarding the number of children must be reported the day before the event.

To make a preliminary reservation, please contact us by phone. The reservation is valid for 3 business days. During this time, the deposit must be paid.

The deposit is 100 PLN. It can be paid in cash, by card, or by bank transfer to the following account:

In the transfer title, please include the date of the birthday party and the name of the guardian.
