Inflatable Playground Rental Terms

  • Choose an attraction from our offer and we will arrange the location, date, and installation hours together. You can make a preliminary booking through the form on our website. After submitting the form, one of our team members will contact you to confirm availability and provide the details for paying the deposit.
  • The area where the equipment is to be installed should be relatively flat and even, without obstacles that could interfere with setup or use. Please make sure the space is suitable for the size of the selected attraction — approximately 3 meters of additional free space should be added to the device’s dimensions.
  • For proper operation, constant access to a 230V power supply is required. The power source must be located no more than 25 meters from the device.
  • The safety of children using the inflatables is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians provided by the event organizer. The renter is not responsible for children using the equipment.
  • All devices comply with European safety standard EN14960.
  • After installation, we provide a brief operational training session and sign the rental agreement. Once the event is over, we return to dismantle the equipment.
  • Delivery and installation within 15 km of Nowa Ruda are free of charge.
  • In case of bad weather preventing installation and use on the reserved date, changing the reservation date is free of charge.
