Playroom regulations

1. All persons using the facility are required to read the playroom rules and price list before entering the premises.

2. Purchasing a ticket is considered confirmation that the rules have been read and accepted.

3. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued for purchased but unused tickets or unused playtime.

4. The playroom is intended for children up to 12 years of age.

5. For safety and health reasons, entry to the playroom is permitted only in socks or protective shoe covers.

6. A child may enter the playroom only when accompanied by an adult and must remain under their constant supervision while using the attractions.

7. Only children with a valid admission ticket may use the playroom. An exception applies to infants (non-walking babies) accompanying siblings who have a paid ticket.

8. A maximum of two guardians may enter the playroom with each child holding a valid ticket. Guardians must be adults.

9. For sanitary safety reasons, bringing outside food or beverages into the facility is prohibited.

10. Food and drinks may only be consumed at tables.

11. Children should not carry items that may pose a danger, such as keys on lanyards, glasses, coins, etc.

12. The following are prohibited in the playroom:

  • Bringing dangerous, sharp, or glass objects
  • Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances, or remaining on the premises under their influence
  • Smoking
  • Bringing animals

13. The play structure is intended for children over 3 years of age. Children under 3 may use it only under constant parental supervision.

14. Adult guardians are responsible for ensuring children’s safe play.

15. The children’s cloakroom is unattended. Do not leave valuables there. Management is not responsible for valuable items, money, or documents left in the toilet.

16. The following are prohibited on the premises: fighting, pushing, climbing up slides, sliding down together with two or more people at once, climbing on the outside of the play structure, and any other dangerous, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior.

17. Intoxicated individuals or those behaving inappropriately, aggressively, or in violation of these rules, equipment instructions, or staff guidance may be removed from the premises without refund of unused ticket value.

18. Persons posing a threat to other customers may be denied entry, including children with casts or individuals showing visible signs of infectious disease.

19. Instructions for individual devices, games, and attractions may include age, height, or weight restrictions.

20. Guardians are financially responsible for any intentional damage caused by children in the facility.

21. Customers are liable for damage resulting from failure to comply with the rules, instructions, or staff guidance, as well as from any other culpable action or omission.

22. Management is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with these rules, equipment instructions, or staff guidance.

23. Staff record the start time of play. Guardians are responsible for monitoring playtime. Exceeding the paid time requires an additional fee.

24. Failure to report a child’s presence in the playroom to staff before play begins will result in being charged the maximum fee (unlimited-time ticket).

25. Customers use electronic chips, which must be worn at all times during their stay until leaving the premises.

26. Café purchases and additional playtime (not purchased at the beginning of the visit) are added to the child’s electronic chip account. Upon exit, the amount due recorded on the chip will be read and must be paid in full.

27. A fee of 20 PLN will be charged for lost or damaged electronic chips.

28. The premises may be monitored by video recording, photography, or audio recording. By entering the facility, customers consent to the recording and use of their image and the image of those under their care for promotional and advertising purposes of the playroom.

29. Damage reports and complaints must be submitted at the playroom bar on the day of the visit. Claims submitted later will not be considered. Proof of payment for services is required to file a complaint.
