Is Providing My Data Mandatory?
Providing data is voluntary. However, failure to provide data necessary for service performance or responding to inquiries and complaints may prevent Bajkolandia Playroom from delivering the requested service or functionality.
How Long Is My Data Stored?
We do not process personal data indefinitely. Data is stored only as long as necessary to achieve the intended purpose.
For example, when booking a birthday party, we store data to perform the contract and afterward for the period required to handle complaints or claims (no longer than the statutory limitation period).
Data from the parental consent form is stored for a maximum of two weeks.
